Christmas Card and Speed Dating in Chirivelland

In the English class on the 22nd of December in 2014, we had a very good time because we did two original activities: to give and receive a Christmas Card to and from a classmate and to do a Speed Dating activity.

I wrote a Christmas Card to Ana. My card was blue with a cane of candy drew. Inside the card I wrote my wishes to her and I put her some coins of chocolate. On the other hand, I received a Christmas Card from Maite. It was very beautiful with a snowman and a big chocolate! Finally, Maria took some photos, where we appear showing our Christmas Cards and the chocolates.

After that, we had a Speed Dating activity. We spoke a lot in English while we were drinking beer and we were eating chips. I spoke with most of my classmates and I had a very funny time. Now, I know them a bit better! Also Maria took some photos, were we appear speaking in couples.

Hi Laura,

I'm Ada, and I'm really sorry for not calling you during this six months, because I stayed in London and also around Spain.

I visited Galicia, Bilbao and Madrid. These places are very nice and the weather is very similar to London, because in Galicia, I stayed for one week and everyday rained, but the food, specially sea food was very good.

How are you Laura? I'm fine, but now, I'm very tired because now I arrived at home and tomorrow I get up early to work.

My travel to Bilbao was very interesting because I saw the beaches and I visited the museum of "Gugenheim", it was very interesting. I visited a exposure of pictures. I stayed in Bilbao 3 months.

After Bilbao, I travelled to Madrid by plane and in the city center I rented a car. In the capital of Spain, Madrid, I visited more museums and I went to the park of "Retiro", I stayed in "Plaza Mayor" and in the evening I had a squid sandwich, because it's typical!

After my travel to Spain, I travelled by plane to London. It was my first time! I liked it very much, but next time I will go with you, because you're my best friend.

Laura, when can I go to visit you?
